I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Yelp in Nov 2024
Interview
I applied online on Nov. 30.2024. Scheduled a phone interview on Dec.4.2024. I passed the phone interview and was asked to schedule my video interview. I did the video interview the same day (my choice). I was asked to listen to recorded sales calls and tell them how they could have been better, Then I was asked to go to their website and choose a small business that I would eat at and look over their profile. The interviewer then asked me to role play and pretend that he owned the small business and convince him to sign up for the service. Then, four days later, I got an email letting me know that I did not get the position.

Interview was easy. Just asked about why we want job, how we handle rejection, and background history of our previous work experience. Other than that, they if you pass it they will go ahead and try to schedule your next interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Yelp (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2026
Interview
Interview was smooth. I was given good information about pay, culture, and what is expected of an inside sales representative on typical day. I was also allowed to ask question.
Everyone was super nice and very clearly proud of Yelp culture. The communication was quick and clear on expectations of the interview and onboarding process. Both the recruiter and the hiring managers were very insightful about the business and offered great feedback to my mock call.
