Question 1
How would you manage an Account Executive who was constantly failing to implement your coaching strategies?
I applied online. I interviewed at Yelp (Binghamton, NY)
Interview
Very transactional approach to finding candidates, They are interested in learning if you can do the job exactly as described, Was asked to prepare a slide deck and roleplay both sales calls and manager reviews very straight forward.
The interview was much shorter and informal than I expected. There was a lot of talk about their culture and team work. Also many personal questions instead of questions regarding experience.
