I applied and got an almost immediate response from a recruiter. I was selected for a phone interview. The interview lasted about ten minutes. I was asked:
1)what I knew about the company
2)what the last thing I had read about the company on a website other than its own was
3) what i knew about the position
4) what attracted me to the position
5) what would be the hardest part of the job for me
6) to do a mock sales call with an imaginary business owner
The woman I spoke with was nice enough, she did not respond much to my answers except to ask a follow-up question here and there. Overall I was impressed by the efficiency of the process, but it did seem a bit impersonal, likely because I did not get an in person interview.
