I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Yerba Madre in Aug 2023
Interview
Really enjoyed the interview process, it was a 3 part process. First virtual interview with the talent acquisition recruiting manager, second with the hiring manager, and last was an in-person mock up presentation with the VP of HR and the hiring manager. They were thorough, asked great questions, shared about the role, and really showed interest to me as a potential hire. Throughout the entire process, the recruiting manager was extremely attentive and communicative, which you don’t get to see too often from many companies.
