I applied online. I interviewed at Yext (New York, NY)
Interview
I applied through the website and I got a phone interview relatively quickly.
I thought the phone conversation went pretty well. The recruiter said he had to fly to London the following day due to work responsibilities so he wouldn't get back to me till the following Tuesday. (My phone interview was on a Wednesday and he said he would be back in the office the following Tuesday.) I sent him an email the following Friday and he never responded.... I think all candidates deserve a response back even if it is a "No".
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Yext (New York, NY)
Interview
Call with an HR recruiter then was invited to a behavioural interview with a Team Lead analyst. I reached back out to the HR recruiter after not hearing anything simply to inquire about my eligibility for the position. Had to assume they would not continue with my application as I never received any sort of update or response.
