It was a 4 step interview process starting with an initial phone screening, followed by a series of 3 video interviews. After each interview you will be contacted in a very timely manner if chosen to move forward.

At first, the process was smooth and easy. I was almost confident I’d get in because I got to the final interview after 4 rounds of interview with positive feedbacks. This was around the holidays so I understood that they might be away when I didn’t hear back from them for two weeks. On the 2nd week of january, they emailed me saying that they chose another candidate and would not be proceeding with my application. I feel like it was so unprofessional to not update candidates for such a long period of time and rejecting after having them go through 4 rounds of interviews with positive feedbacks.
