First, I came into the office to meet with the hiring manager, Allan. We had a great conversation about the Company and about my work experience. Allan then introduced me to the CFO, Darryl. Darryl gave me a history of the Company and his honest take on its current position in the market. Over the next two weeks, I met virtually with some of the team members. I thought the interview questions were well thought out and to the point. The interviews clearly had direction and purpose.
