The hiring process felt smooth and well-structured from start to finish. From the initial interview through to receiving the offer, I gained a clear understanding of the role and its responsibilities by meeting the people directly involved with the account. Expectations were communicated clearly, and the team emphasized the support and guidance they would provide, which gave me a strong sense of confidence and reassurance.

I interviewed for a Publisher Operations Analyst role. The process consisted of English assessment, technical round, behavioural round and the final round.The interviews were challenging but fair and I appreciate the professionalism of the interviewers. I received an offer shortly after the final round which I accepted. Overall the interview process was quiet smooth.

Most disorganized interview process I have ever seen. Took over 3 week just to get the interviewer on the phone. Interviewer rescheduled over and again for 3 weeks by making excuses like I have a marriage to attend, there was bad network reception, I'm sick, etc. For example the first time my interview was scheduled for the Friday before the labor day long weekend, an hour before the interview (for which I had prepared and stressed over since days) I get an email from the interviewer that she is sick and is leaving the office early (how convenient right before the long weekend). And if you think that is bad, the second time the interviewer forgot to call all together. I waited and waited for her call, even emailed her, for which the interviewer replied 3 days later saying "I think our cell phones were out of reception hence I couldn't get through" (even if that were true, any decent HR would have the decency to leave a voice mail or send an email. Once I finally got the phone call 3 weeks later, it was just a 10 min conversation for which they make you go through this struggle just to brutally reject you the next day.
P.S. They were very efficient and organized in sending the rejections
