I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Yext in Apr 2016
Interview
Asked unnecessary questions. Be prepared to answer anything. Didn't make you feel welcome at this place. Make sure to know a lot about the company before the interview and what each software does

The process took about 4+ weeks, 3 rounds of speaking with the interviewing crew along with some managers. I would receive the next steps bi-weekly through email as the interview process continued

"Tell us a time you had to work with someone you had difficulty working with and together managed to complete the task"
I applied online. I interviewed at Yext (New York, NY)
Interview
Applied online followed by an email to schedule a phone interview. When I replied with my availability I didn't hear back, so after 4 days I emailed trying to follow up about phone interview and after another 3 days was able to schedule it for the following day. The phone interview went well. They asked you hypothetical questions very quickly to see if you can think on your toes. After the phone interview, I received an invitation to do an interview at their office in New York. I was supposed to meet with 3 people but only met with the initial HR rep who seemed nice enough but I suppose didn't like the look of me and decided to end the interview process after only seeing her (all we did was review my resume and talk about the position). I have never felt more negatively after an interview process in my entire life. Apparently scheduling someone for a 3 hour interview and then ending it abruptly early without explanation is common practice here. I don't expect an explanation as to why I didn't get the job, but if I clear my schedule for 3 hours, I expect for my time not to be wasted.
