Interview

The interview process with Yext was great. Commencing from application, initial screening, scheduling and conducting of interviews, and final receipt of offer the process moved fairly quickly with constant communication. The interviews themselves were balanced with structure and flexibilty, allowing for a good conversational flow while still addressing the role specifics, requirements, and more. Overall a very good experience.

Question 1

The interviews spanned a wealth of topics and questions. One question that was very pertinent to this role was my understanding of governance frameworks, the ability to understand and educate others on underlying risks, the ability to bring together as well as differentiate threats versus risks, and thought processes and methodologies to convey these with business stakeholders to guide towards risk-based decision making.
