Applied online. 10 days later a senior recruiter reached out to schedule a phone screen. Phone screen 4 days later-- fairly average, more of a conversation than grilling. Recruiter said I moved on to the next round on the phone and we scheduled a time for me to speak to a manager via email. Recruiter cancelled the interview the day before and asked to reschedule. Five days later, I was told they would bring me in instead of another phone call and that a recruiting coordinator would be in touch. I did not hear from a recruiting coordinator for two days, so I reached out again. The next day, the recruiter said the team was busy with the end of the quarter. Three days later, the recruiting coordinator sent me the info for the two rounds of interviews & role play for the on-site. Three days later (and 1 week before the on-site), the original recruiter emailed me saying they changed the requirements of the role and I no longer qualify.
