Was referred by a friend and talked to a hiring manager on the phone for an initial interview. They were in a different city than the position that I was applying to and didn't have all the answers about the position I was looking at. Despite this they were very nice and wonderful to talk to. Through talking to her I realized it wasn't the right position for me at the time, which she understood completely.
