Was referred for a senior position by someone who has been with the company for nearly 2 years and loves it. the recruiter took two weeks to reach out to me after being prompted by the employee. She sent along times for a call which I selected on her calendar. No response for a week and I followed up twice. Then she reached out again for a call - once again I sent through a week's worth of times. No response for 2 weeks. Honestly, don't have an employee referral program if you don't intend to use it for qualified talent and this 'recruiter' based out of Chicago really needs to learn how to reply to an email. What a terrible first impression of this company.
