Had a phone interview and was asked to come in to interview in person at the end of the same week. When I showed up to the office there is no front desk, no one to meet you, so you have to find someone to tell that you are there for an interview. This was really awkward. Then they sit you in a small conference room for 30 minutes alone until someone comes in. That person tells you about how awesome it is to work there, then another person comes in and tells you all the great perks of what it is to work there. The interview process was pretty awkward, it seemed like everyone forgot I was coming in to talk to them. They were wearing shorts and tank tops and it is pretty uncomfortable when you are in an interview suit.
