Applied online and heard back from a recruiter quickly. Had a quick phone call with recruiter, followed by two phone behavioral/background assessments. Then had a "virtual onsite" consisting of two interviews with PMs. These questions were a bit more "technical." Took a while to hear back, but when I finally bumped the recruiter, I was rejected with no feedback.

Question 1
Say you worked for Lyft: what new product/service would you pitch them to help grow their business?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Yext in Dec 2022
Interview
Process was pretty standard. The only frustrating thing was they brought me in for in person interview block, but over half of the people were remote, so I just sat in a room on zoom in the office. Seem like good people working there though
Yext impressed me the whole way through - they move quickly and interviewers are approachable, kind, and thoughtful. The recruiters are efficient as well, by far the best I've ever worked with.
