They are looking for something very specific. I think they should be clear in there requirements before inviting people for interview.
1.First round was debug, I was able to debug the code, but the interviewer had to give me 3 hints. Which was probably cause of my rejection
2. Code boggle. Which was easy ..
3. System design .. open ended, you can't determine much
4. behavioral ... open ended, you can't guess much of the outcome
Finally, they didn't even tell me the reason for rejection. I wish companies are bit considerate to candidates, if someone is spending his/her entire day with you. A simple explanation on what you were expecting and what was not delivered should be helpful.
Total time waste.

Interview
Process consisted of an initial Zoom coding screen and on-site interviews at the Yext office in NYC (1 Debugging, 1 Coding, 1 System Design, 1 Behavioral). Interviewers were very friendly and helpful. The interview questions were on the easier side, but were still interesting and engaging. Recruiting team was not the most responsive or helpful, and I had several issues with getting my interviews scheduled. I felt like I had a strong performance, but ended up getting downleveled. Be wary. From my research and anecdotal experience, they may have a major bias towards internally promoting vs hiring external candidates for Senior+ SWE roles. All the Senior+ engineers I encountered during the interview process and on LinkedIn/Levels had joined years ago as mid-level or new grad SWEs and were internally promoted.
