Role for Tokyo Office, still relatively new, opening in 2017 with currently <50 employees . Held three interviews, one each for CFO, RVP Sales, and Chairman. Interviews were relatively casual, and primarily discussed previous roles/accomplishments, strengths/weaknesses, QA, etc. Interviewers were very polite and respectful and not overly assessing. Saw me as an equal with focus on employer-employee match. Questions and conversations happened in both directions.
