Interview
It was a remote interview process via phone and video calls. I was asked about who I was, my experience in software development, my thoughts about different technologies, and my general thoughts about how to tackle problems. It was very conversational, and I enjoyed all my calls.
There were a couple of rounds, some more focused on technical questions and others on behavioral ones. The technical part was broken into two interviews: one where you discuss a past project and the other was focused on applying your problem solving and ML skills to a typical problem you might encounter in the role.

Tell me about a time when a project didn't go well.
Disorganized and unfocused. Recruiters aren't able to convey what role responsibilities are, what the team is hiring for, and what to expect from interview rounds, so it's impossible to prepare adequately or at least know how to tailor your responses to interview questions. Just shoot from the hip and if your experience is what they're looking for then it'll be a match and if not then it's not.
