It was a extensive process, started off with a phone call and then I had a Zoom call. After the Zoom call, I had 4 back to back calls with various employees at Zoom (a Director, a manager, and even a peer) to see if I would be an appropriate fit for Yext.

Q. If someone was going to come to your house for the first time, how would you give them directions?
The interview process was very straight forward and efficient with clear communication from the recruiter at each stage. The technical assessment was an Excel take home assessment, which was open book.

Tell me about the most challenging project you've worked on.
Started with a writing test, the prompt: Please write down detailed directions for your new neighbor so they can drive to your house for a party. Then spoke with multiple people across different teams.
Hiring team fails to inform you throughout the interview process and doesn’t reply to emails. Very unprofessional for a company of that size. They completely ghost on you to inform you of anything.
