First round is phone interview with HR, pretty simple and straightforward. Second round was with the manager the position reports to and the controller, conversational about what my work history looks like, why I’m looking for a change etc. Third round was with two more accounting team members, again conversational questions about my work history etc. With added questions that help them understand your work style and thought process.
The interview process consisted of five rounds, each focusing on different skill sets and competencies. Overall, it was a well-structured and positive experience that allowed meaningful interaction with the team and management.

One question they asked me was about how I handle challenging situations at work and manage tight deadlines while ensuring accuracy and maintaining the quality of my deliverables
The team looked friendly and nice. The interview process was smooth not exhausting or lengthy. The interviewer asked straight forward questions related to the work. The working enviornment looked positive and encouraging. I recommend this place to work.
