I filled out an application about hearing about the company and I was super excited to apply. I loved the description of the job, the location, everything. I applied to the company in October 2009 and did not receive an e-mail to interview for the company until March. In March I got an e-mail from Ashley and we set up an phone interview. I was so excited. I had everythng planned, researched, I knew the ins and outs of the organization, and was set to answer any question that came my way. When Ashley called she literally told me about the position in about 30 seconds, asked me if it sounded like something I would like, I said "Yes!" And she asked me How i liked to spend my spare time and what experience I had and said "thanks bye" The whole phone interview lasted 3:35 seconds according to my phone. She sounded so rushed. She was speed talking. I answered every question with enthusiam and answered it to what should fit their needs for this position (because after all the research I did I knew I was a perfect match, hence the applying) and never heard from them again. I was so disappointed. She was rude and talked with such speed and disgust to be doing her job it was awful.
