Interview process was a waste of time. All the recruiter asked was why I wanted to leave my company and if there was anything i did not like about my company. He didnt even talk about the role at all or anything related to it.

The interview process was smooth. Started off with a call from HR and in the same week, I met with my hiring manager. The third round was a 3 hour interview, one more in-depth with my manager, one technical assessment, and two 30-minute coffee chats, one with team members and one with the VP of Operations. I heard back within the same week after my final round.
