The interview process was a seamless and enjoyable experience. The recruiter provided comprehensive information about the position and the process, and there was clear communication throughout! The interviewers were considerate, involved, and posed insightful questions. The interview format included two behavioral assessments and a take-home presentation, which provided a unique opportunity to step into the position's shoes. My recommendation is to really think about why Yext would be a place that you can see yourself thrive in, and articulate that with passion, clarity, and brevity.

The interview process was broken up into 4 stages; initial chat with internal recruiter, followed by 2 rounds of situational based interviews, then a final round presentation with a panel of senior employees.
Overall, the experience was brilliant, all interviewers were very welcoming and asked some great questions. The task for the presentation in the final round was set out in great detail, making it easy to know to prepare in advance.
