One of the worst interview experiences I have had. 2 weeks wait for feedback on next steps in each stage in the process drew the entire evaluation out, from initial interview to final interview, to over 2 months.
Secondly, it was almost entirely one way traffic during actual interviews. There was no opportunities in the time allocated to pose questions back to the business, creating the impression there was something to hide.
In hindsight, likely a good thing, as if that is how they treat prospective candidates one can imagine the actual work environment.

The interview process was lengthy and consisted of 4 rounds. The first phone call was with a recruiter. The second round was with a hiring manager. The third round was with a Senior Leader in my department. The last round was a mock QBR in front of 3 senior leaders.
