I recently had a great experience during the interview process for the Client Success Manager, Enterprise role at Yext. From start to finish, the recruitment team stood out compared to other companies I've interviewed with. My recruiter was highly professional, communicative, supportive, and transparent throughout the process. The interview process was well-structured, starting with a phone screen, followed by an insightful conversation with the hiring manager, and a culture fit interview that highlighted Yext’s values and team dynamics. During the second and third interviews, I was asked behavioral questions to demonstrate my CSM skills. The final round involved a Quarterly Business Review presentation in front of four Yext team members. The QBR was a positive experience, with the panel offering valuable feedback and leaving room for an open discussion.

First round with a recruiter, second round with hiring manager 30 minute zoom call, third round was a QBR presentation with the hiring manager, senior director, & SVP. Overall the process took ~3 weeks and it was a positive experience
