I had a phone interview and was invited to the office. The in office interview was very unique, professional and laid back. Starts off with a mock sales pitch of you reading from a script on a phone call with the recruiter. After that, I interviewed with 4 different employees. My interview lasted 2.5 hours. They just want to get to know you so make sure you come in with a lot of energy and just have fun with it. Talk about your resume like it is a story. Be creative and make sure you carry the conversation.
