Interview
I had four total interviews in two phases. The latter group of 3 were very conversational with individual contributors and leaders from cross-functional groups, where they mostly asked behavorial competency-based questions.
The interview process was straightforward and efficient. There was an initial screening with HR, interview with the hiring manager, interview with a PM, interview with engineering, and final interview with the VP of Design.
