The talent team at Yext, specifically Phoenix (primary contact) and Michael were awesome. Phoenix did a great job over communicating, providing great details of the role, process, transparency and doing it all with such positive attitude, it set the tone of the culture. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting with other VP and leaders in the GTM and operations teams. Everyone made me feel comfortable throughout the interview process, discussing my background while also being upfront and open to what is needed for the organization and business to thrive and how'd we work together, very conversational yet with intent. I had the opportunity to meet with key players I'd work with including higher management and peers to ensure alignment as the company thrives on collaboration and culture to be successful.
