Interview
The interview process at Yext is similar to that of many other companies, but what stood out to me was how approachable and easy to talk to my recruiter (Talent Acquisition point of contact) was during the initial interview. It made the experience feel welcoming from the very beginning. I also appreciated the panel interview with the Hiring Manager and Line of Business (LOB) Managers. The conversation felt natural, and they asked thoughtful questions based on my experience. I never felt pressured or intimidated, they gave me the space to answer authentically, which I found both respectful and encouraging. Overall, it was a great experience, and I left the process with a positive impression of the company’s culture and interview approach.

Question 1
One of the questions they asked was a situational scenario to assess how I would handle a specific task based on my skills and past experience. It wasn’t just about giving the “right” answer, they were more interested in understanding my approach, thought process, and how I apply my skills in real situations. This made the interview feel more like a conversation rather than an interrogation, which I really appreciated.
