The process is quite rigorous, starting with an initial assignment. After passing that, you attend an information session, and then receive a longer technical assessment that you have a week to complete. This assignment is the most important part of the process; it may be time consuming, but this is where you can separate yourself from other candidates. If you complete the assignment correctly, you may receive some follow-up questions, and make sure to thoroughly answer those as well. There will then be a quick call with HR, followed by the final round of interviews, including a meeting with the co-founder, and lastly, a check of your references.
The interview process seems long, but they will be very transparent. Spend time on the week long assessment and make sure you can explain your methodology clearly. Overall this was a positive experience; throughout the process, I had all my questions answered, and the information session really helped me understand the company's values and culture.
