The process consisted of a single interview that was about an hour long. It was an in-depth discussion about every position I held over the last 10 years followed up by some unique but very interesting questions about my own perception of my career and interest in YipitData.

I made just a first round with the company that handles the HR for LATAM, and then a decline with no further explanations why not, compromising candidate growth with no feedback.

Had 5 rounds of interview, 1 screening, 1 problem resolution (easy) and 3 rounds of questions with 3 different people who asked very similar questions. It took a lot of time as calendars are always busy and I had the feeling that 1 round with 3 would work better.
