Interview
Felt like the hiring manager gave me a courtesy interview. Even though I made it clear that I didn't have a strong background in the field of the position she asked me to come in for an interview anyway. When I got there she stressed how important it was for this person to have a strong background in that particular area because she would not have time to train. I felt that she could have told me that over the phone and no one's time would have been wasted.

Horrible and unprofessional experience with their recruitment processes. A disgrace to all HR professional.
Please conduct audit checks and perhaps some training programs to upkeep their standards. Even uneducated people can do better job than them.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Yokogawa
Interview
The interview process was very organized, and professional. The employees were very knowledgeable and helpful in the process. They came to a decision quickly. My experience was considered in how they set up my interview. The interviews were tailored to the position that was being offered. The manager of the department was a little disorganized so I mainly dealt with the other members of the department. They were all very helpful throughout the process. It was very easy, and took about 2 hours in all.
