It starts with logical test from the HR department. Some 30 questions in half an hour. If it good then continue with an interview with both HR person and a manager.

Interview
The final interview system will be in panels of 4 candidates. Each candidate is given 15 minutes to present their final undergradute thesis, and will be questioned by panels of managers / senior engineers. At this stage, if you master your thesis, can simplify the explanation, and show that you are commited to your work quality then i think you can secure the position
