Interview process was 3 calls: one screen, one described as technical, and one described as a culture fit. The technical and culture fit interviews had the exact same questions, just with additional audience on the latter. I was required to have my camera on, but at least two folks on the York side sat on the call with their cameras off and didn't ask any questions. York never got back to me after the third interview.
