My first round interview was by a person who I don't believe had ever interviewed anyone, and the first thing she said tio me was "I don't know why we are hiring anyone". The hiring manager never spoke with me, he was part of the second round interviews, but all he said was "I don't have any questions". I do not believe they valued my knowledge and experience, I think I was the only warm body that applied.
