I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at York Space Systems in Apr 2025
Interview
phone screening, cultural interview, and final technical interview with a few other engineers.
Standard senior level interview questions, asked about the details of the projects I had worked on. The way they worded some of the questions were strange and there were lots of awkward pauses and interactions. Then a live coding test which was of standard difficulty.
Was then called later to let me know "I wasn't technical enough" which I thought was an unnecessary and poorly worded statement.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at York Space Systems (Denver, CO) in Dec 2023
Interview
Interview was definitely in depth and technical. It was three stages. First it was an HR call that just reviewed resume and asked what i wanted in terms of role. Second was an hour long Teams call that comprised of lots of technical questions with the team. I would have considered that one of the harder interviews I have had. Third was a group call with several VP's more of a culture fit type interview.
