I had a terrible experience with this company's interview process. The HR team seemed completely uncoordinated, and I found myself repeating the same interview without any explanation as to why. They added an additional interview mid-process, even though the process had already been explained to me beforehand—again, without any reason provided. The interview times and formats were repeatedly changed without consulting me. After completing a home assignment and two technical interviews, I was rejected with the explanation that my resume didn’t fit the role.
