The first round is a 30-minute chat with an AI agent. After that, they ghosted me, and until today, I haven't received any answer, not even an automated rejection. It has been 3 weeks. I think if they are going to put candidates under uncomfortable experiences, at least the process should be transparent and straightforward, even more if they are using AI to save recruiters time.
