-Applied online
-Initial Phone Screen with all your typical questions (What do you know about Yotpo etc). If you get through you go onto the mock call.
-Mock sales call where they let you pick a company and then try to pitch it to a manager. Receive immediate feedback and then must try to implement it on your toes. Gave a glimpse to the type of training you would receive in this position. If you get through, you go to their office.
-Went into their office for ~3.5 hours and met with 6 people including another SDR, Head of Operations, SDR Manager, Head of NY Office, and Head of Training. They REALLY take time to get to know every candidate. Also allows you to ask every question imaginable so you really know what you are getting into. Get a good sense of the culture they try to foster.
-They were bringing in a new Head of SDR's between my in office interview and decision so I had to come back in one more time to meet with him. I expect moving forward that will be added to the initial in office interview
