As a person who interviewed candidates and went through other interview, i can say that the interview at YotPo was a joke. When i arrived i had to wait outside for ~15 min as there was no one to open the door. The person who interviewed me was doing the same position i applied for and he showed up without my CV file and it was clear from his questions that he didn't even went through them. Also, he was only 10 months in this position so he really wasn't able to describe it very good and the interview was. The interview was all over the place so i guess it is the first time he was interviewing but still he did it alone without HR..
