Interview
Yotpo’s interview process is great. There is an initial phone interview screening followed by a video call with the hiring manager who breaks down the role and where the company is going as a whole. After the video interview there is 1 in person all day interview where you will meet almost the entire hierarchy of your division. This was the best part of the process. From the moment you walk in there is a great energy. You can tell from the interviewers that they truly care about the people and really focus on that to make sure they are hiring the best people for their team. The company is great the people are great and the only reason I didn’t take the offer I was given were personal reasons.

Question 1
Why Yotpo. Why sales. What are your weaknesses? What do you previous coworkers say about you.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Yotpo (New York, NY) in Apr 2019
Interview
Just how I expected. The hiring manager lets you know what the in-person interview will entail so you can sufficiently prepare. The interview consisted of behavioral / personality discussion, mock call (to a company that you know beforehand so you can prepare), and just good conversation about the company, the role, and why I wanted to work there.

Interview
Interview process was very enjoyable. Recruiting staff was very attentive through the entire process.
First round: Initial phone screen with a recruiter
Second Round: Skype call with a sales manager
Third Round: 4 hour in-person interview at YOTPO office with 5 different people ( not as intimidating as it sounds)
Everyone is super nice and personable. They truly want to get to know and make sure yotpo is a good fit for you.
