I applied through an employee referral. The recruiter got back to me within the next two weeks and scheduled an interview with the manager for the following week.
The interview consisted of questions about my experience in my current position and other question with respect to my CV. the recruiter got back me after few days and sent me home test which I was required to present at the following week

Fairly long and detailed process with a few rounds of interviews as well as a test and presentation, all of which lasted around 2 months.
I met the members of the team I would be working with and they were all open to any questions about the role and the company. Very friendly, fair and transparent process.
I felt the interviewers really wanted to get to know me and were happy for me to get to know them!
HR was very professional as well as lovely to speak to.
