Screening call, manager interview, then there was to be 3 MORE steps. 5 in total. A super long process that I was glad ended at the hiring manager stage. I was fairly excited to interview at Yotpo until the person who would likely be my boss killed all enthusiasm I had. A total red flag when management either is or acts miserable.

Interview
The interview was very professional and overall great interview process. No cancellations and didn't feel pressured for time. The phone questioning was inquisitive but not extremely difficult. Much better than many other small companies.
