Received a call from the team lead who was 1) unapologetically 5 minutes late to the call, hardly introduced herself and appeared rushed and not focused, and 2) asked me 2 technical questions and then said "well we are interviewing a lot of people right now , as you know the market is crazy, so will be in touch." and didn't ask if I have any questions, nothing, before ending the call after 10 minutes when the call was scheduled for 30 minutes. I am yet to hear back but found the interview to be incredibly disappointing and odd.

Was submitted through agency recruiter, had first call with Director of Talent. Conversational interview, focused a lot on my current role and what I wanted in my next. She was friendly but would've appreciated if she told me I wasn't a fit on the call since she was the hiring manager.
