Interview
Interview Process:
The first stage was a phone interview with HR.
This was followed by an in-depth conversation with the product team lead, focusing on my background and experience.
Next, I was given a take-home assignment to implement a new feature in their system, along with a request to walk through a project or feature I had worked on in the past.
The final stage was a presentation of my solution to a panel of product managers, followed by a Q&A session.
Experience:
Overall, it was a positive experience. The team lead personally called to provide thoughtful feedback, mentioning that while they were impressed, the final decision came down to subtle differences between candidates.
