Interview
Before speaking with even HR, I was sent an email to schedule time with a Chatbot who would do the initial interview. The interview felt like a 3rd interview and almost an interrogation, in the sense that the questions were multi-faceted with no option to follow-up, repeat or steer the conversation. 100% control was in the hands of this chat bot. There was absolutely no human interaction in this video interview. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Interview
The process was very thorough and I was accompanied throughout it with impeccable consideration. The hiring manager was extremely kind and personable and would call me every few days to ask how everything was and to update me on the next stages. Although the process took several weeks, I never felt like I was left in the lurch.
After an initial phonecall then interview, I was given a task to do and then present. During some later interviews I was asked to analyse some graphs and data as well as give my input on some strategy. The last stage was an HR interview which was very relaxed friendly and understanding.
