      Artist Relations Interview

      Mar 26, 2019
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Los Angeles, CA
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at YouTube (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2019

      Interview

I applied online and received an email from a very friendly recruiter saying the hiring manager is looking over my information. The recruiter then set up a call with the hiring manager, who was very nice as well. We spoke about the position and my experience for about 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I had to take myself out of the running because the location of the position changed and I was unable to move. But the overall experience couldn't have been better. Other companies can learn from YouTube's HR practices and conduct.
