The interview process was straight forward and I felt everything was very reasonable. We did an initial phone meeting to get to know the partners and hiring manager. From there we had an in-person meeting where we discussed typical sales interview questions like background, strategy and of course, why me vs someone else. In the last stage of the process I was asked to do a quick sample demo to demonstrate my sales ability. I have a lot of friends in high level sales roles and this seems to be commonplace at strong companies so I didn't mind.
