They basically wanted to know my journey with Christ and how I came to apply for the job. Young Life is interested in hearing people's stories, so I just told them mine. The interview process was pretty casual. I knew everyone who was interviewing me, so it was easy to feel comfortable.

Hiring process is straight forward and honest. Great Non- Profit to be involved with in any capacity. The interviewing process reflects the programs overall stance of being highly relational.
