Extensive. Recruiter, then three additional steps including real-time Excel and accounting assessment. Their interview process has many steps but they move through the process quickly. They also have Meet and Greets to provide you with information about the hiring process, benefits and experience of working there. Highly recommend attending one!

Interview
Very rigorous, 4 interviews (screening, testing, manager and then director). The screening is the most difficult for people to get past. However, if you can get past that and you actually are an accountant you can pass the testing and then the interviews are very detailed.

There are four interviews, all over phone/zoom. First is a phone screen, the second has an accounting (DR and CR) and excel test, the third accounting standards, then a fourth final interview/offer.

The first interview is 1.5 hours and consists of an accounting exam and an Excel assessment. The second interview includes a case study that you prepare before the meeting. The interview is 2 hours long and includes several behavioral type questions.
